The "Il Paese Alberga" spread hotel was born with the idea of redeveloping the ancient village of Caulonia , all the accommodations are obtained from the ancient houses of the historic center in order to offer all the comforts to the guests without altering the urban context.

The reception and breakfast room are located at the "Casa Madre" in Piazza Seggio , all the accommodation units are located in the surrounding streets less than 200 meters from the "Casa Madre".

Double, triple and family rooms and apartments with up to 5 beds are available.

The project was born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Caulonia and the Pathos Cooperative , an organization that for years has been dedicated to welcoming and integrating people from different parts of the world.

Located on the seafront of Caulonia Marina, less than 200 meters from the sea .

The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with a sofa-bed and a bathroom .

The ideal configuration is 4 beds, by opening the sofa bed in the kitchen it is possible to accommodate up to 5 people.

Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi, TV and balcony .
