The rooms
Four rooms with private balconies, en-suite bathrooms, and independent air conditioning, each named after one of the four medieval gates that once provided access to the town.
Each room has its own outlook — two face the sea directly, while the other two enjoy a side sea view. The perspective may change, but not the location: the beach is just a three-minute walk away from every room.
Domenico and Gessica personally manage the B&B and are your direct point of contact for availability, rates, local recommendations, and any questions before or during your stay.

Where can I park?
The B&B is located at Via Arlesiana 2, a very quiet private road at the end of the Caulonia Marina seafront. Free unattended parking is available in front of the property's main entrance.
Is there an elevator?
No, all our rooms are located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
The rooms are therefore only accessible by stairs.
Excuse me, by the sea?
Just go down the stairs and walk a few meters to find yourself facing the sea.
On the right, the seafront begins, where you can choose from several beach resorts, while on the left, a large free beach opens up.
I booked, how do I check in?
We're always available for any inquiries, but due to the nature of the accommodation, we don't have a 24-hour reception. Therefore, we ask you to let us know your expected arrival time so we can best organize your check-in.
